- Nationality:Open to Indian citizens (NRI applications may be considered based on specific criteria).
- Age Bracket:Minimum 23 years at the time of application and up to 65 years at the time of maturity.
- Employment Status:Applicants must be earning individuals. Unemployed family members may join as co-applicants to strengthen the application.
- Professional Stability:
- Salaried:Minimum 3 years of total work experience.
- Self-Employed:Minimum 5 years of continuity in the current business or profession.
- Credit Profile:A credit score of 750+ is preferred for optimal terms. However, we also consider applicants with lower scores at adjusted interest rates.
