Gayathri Mohanadoss is an accomplished financial strategist with over two decades of multidisciplinary experience across finance, governance, and regulatory advisory. Her professional journey spans grassroots development finance, microfinance administration, asset recovery operations, and international corporate structuring, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the financial ecosystem at both operational and strategic levels.
She serves on the boards of several enterprises and MSMEs, offering guidance on GST compliance, statutory governance, and cross-border VAT frameworks across jurisdictions including the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and Southeast Asia. Her exposure to both developmental finance and corporate advisory enables her to align operational realities with regulatory expectations.

Appointed Chief Executive Officer in March 2024, Vijayakumar Rajendran is a dynamic financial professional distinguished by his visionary leadership and forward-looking strategic outlook. With over a decade of experience in the non-banking financial sector, he has developed substantial expertise in navigating regulatory frameworks, strengthening operational systems, and guiding institutions toward structured and sustainable expansion.
He is driven by the objective of elevating Wes Ben Enterprises to its next stage of institutional growth through disciplined execution, calibrated risk management, and carefully structured strategic partnerships. His leadership philosophy emphasises scalability supported by governance, ensuring that expansion is pursued without compromising compliance standards, asset quality, or stakeholder confidence.
Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Vijayakumar remains actively involved in educational and community welfare initiatives. As Managing Trustee of ARMSS Trust, he oversees educational institutions in South Tamil Nadu, contributing to improved access to quality education and community development. His professional outlook integrates commercial acumen with social responsibility, reflecting his belief that financial institutions should contribute meaningfully to societal progress alongside economic advancement.
Prabu Rajendran — Chief Financial Officer

Prabu Rajendran is an experienced finance professional with over fifteen years of specialised expertise in the operational and financial architecture of NBFCs. Prior to joining Wes Ben Enterprises, he held senior positions in established financial institutions, including Madura Micro Finance and Suryodaya, gaining extensive exposure to lending operations, financial structuring, and compliance oversight.
As Chief Financial Officer, he oversees financial planning, capital management, statutory reporting, and internal financial controls. His proficiency in capital mobilisation, cost optimisation, and risk mitigation supports the Company’s expansion strategy while preserving financial discipline and regulatory compliance.
